Western Environmental was engaged by law firm Clayton Utz on behalf of the Victorian State Government to undertake site investigations and provide environmental constraint and risk advice in relation to a portfolio of properties acquired as part of the North East Link Project. Western Environmental were able to quickly and efficiently assess environment risks and provide the client with concise and actionable advice to facilitate acquisition of the sites.
