Western Environmental was engaged to undertake an estate-wide PFAS-targeted preliminary site investigation at a large general aviation airport in WA.
Works included review of data and reports spanning a 40-year history, identification of areas of concern and the development of a robust conceptual site model to inform future stages of assessment and management on the estate.
Areas of elevated risk were identified, with specific recommendations and risk rankings to address pertinent issues.
