Western Environmental was engaged to obtain relevant approvals and permits for a metals recycling facility, as well as undertaking ongoing monitoring and compliance associated with licensing of the site under the Environmental Protection Act.
Working alongside the client’s legal team, an expert review of site assessment and remediation works at the client’s former site was also conducted, including appraisal of consultant works, timeframes and methodologies for achieving remediation end-point and the ability to re-occupy the site.
