Western Environmental was engaged to undertake site investigations to support the design and construction of a major shiploading facility in north-west WA. Works included field investigation of soil and groundwater for acid sulfate soils and contamination, identification of key construction risks in relation to soil and dewatering management, and proposed management measures for mitigating identified risks.
